Long Weekend!!!

Well my husband and I went down to visit his mom, grandparents, and some of his friends to share our good news!!! We had a nice weekend but came home to an unpleasant surprise....our AC was not working while we were gone all weekend. So our house is about 84 degrees and I am praying that when the AC man comes today that it is a simple cheap fix because you cannot survive the summer in florida without AC especially not when you are a cranky pregnant woman hehe!!

New Additions to the Baby Arsenal...

So here are some of the cute items I got for the baby on board....

New Supply Order

Well in my plentiful time sitting on the couch this week I have come up with some new product ideas! I have tried to branch out into some new things, such as my frames and bookmarks but neither of those have turned out so well. So I figured since my scented soy candles seem to be the best selling item in my shop that I should concentrate on items that are related or use some of the same supplies.

So I came up with the idea of making handmade incense sticks and cones, aroma bead sachets, Citronella candles for summertime, and smelly jelly jars. I have ordered all the supplies I need to start making these items and I hope to be able to have a few of each ready for my craft shows in June and then I can start adding them to my shop.

I have also received my new tart packaging but due to difficulties with my new wax the tarts are on hold. I plan on trying a new batch this week to see if my problems were just a one time fluke :)

Baby on Board.....

Ok so I know that I am supposed to wait to share with people that I am pregnant but I have found that it is really hard news to keep to yourself hehe!!!

Here is the onesie that I gave my husband to share with him that we were expecting on Mother's Day :)



Today I went shopping for some news bras and panties as I am already starting to outgrow the ones that I have lol and I couldn't help myself but to buy some cute unisex baby clothes too :)

Lack of posting!!

I am sorry for the lack of posting over the past week, I have not been feeling very well and hopefully in a few weeks I will be able to reveal why :) (Read between the lines here hehe).

Hopefully when I am starting to feel better, I will be back to my regular scheduled blog postings!!!

Craft Show Success

Well today I participated in a no fee craft show at a coffee shop in Brandon. The show was put together buy Susan of Cute Kitties!

So far it was my best show yet, I sold 10 items which is up 6 from my 2nd show ever that I did!

I have two more craft shows coming in June, Craft Emergency and then another show at the coffee shop, I cannot wait!!

Also I was able to make some new labels for my candles, I think they are better then not having any labels but they need some tweaking!

Whew I am Back!!!

After a whirlwind trip to Mississippi for a family reunion and see my Dad's new house I am finally back!!! I am exhausted but it was a good trip....I will post pics later this week after I get them uploaded onto the laptop!
